If you never received an email with your tickets, make sure to first check your spam filters. Every once in awhile we’ll end up there. Add Ticketleap.com to your list of safe senders to ensure a successful delivery of barcode tickets in the future! If there is no email in your spam folder, fear not, there are three ways to get your tickets:
1. Enter your email address into Find Your Orders. Ticketleap will send you an email with all the tickets associated with that email address. From that email you will be able to access and download your tickets. Try multiple email address that you use frequently, like your work and personal email addresses. It’s possible you just forgot which email address you used.
2. If you already have a Ticketleap account, sign in and hover over your name and click My Tickets. From there you will see a list off all the tickets you’ve purchased using your Ticketleap account. From there you can access and download your tickets.
3. If you still haven’t received your tickets using the above two options, it is possible you entered the incorrect email address or there was a typo when purchasing tickets (don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!). No problem, send us an email to help@ticketleap.com and tell us your name and the event you purchased tickets for and the correct email you would like your tickets to be sent to.
